"If you have lots of experience, training and or schooling don't settle for mediocre pay/ salary. Raises are almost nonexistent!"
What don't you like about working at Troon Golf?
"The pay is HORRIBLE! I work extremely hard and I know I do a great job! But, I've only received a 23 cent raise in almost 2 years in this position. Definitely getting my resume pumped up then off to Vegas to make 25,000 more to do the exact same job! $12 an hour is a joke! I bring 15 plus years of experience to the table! Very unhappy with pay. Love the job and company. But, I put my blood and soul into troon. Seems I'm wasting my time sometimes. :/"

"Pay my hard working supervisors and managers more money! Especially when budgets are met!"
