"It's a good company & a good place to work."
"Focused Gear Manufacturing division of large corporate company. The most un-professional manufacturing engineering dept I have assisted to this point. Heavily localized, long term direct employees. Very un-professional language used in course of everyday component level manufacturing engineering operations. Reporting manager not present first week of contract role with others out for vacation and temp leave. Operational business processes not clearly defined. Less advanced, simple Quick turn manufacturing project work with software capabilities not properly utilized. Although personal design reccomendation received via manufacturing manager....Dishonest regarding the complexity and availability of long term work as suggested via phone interview. "Well it was just a Contract.""
"I've worked for Triumph Gear Systems for 6 years. Overall it is a good place to work. They have good compensation and benefits, usually host a winter and summer party for the employees, and are pretty relaxed. There is some nepotism at this location, and the management is still learning how to plan and organize well."
