"Management is not good. The manager of QC plays a vital role in politics and always gives preference to his favorite people. Smart in talking when anyone goes with complain but never act on it and on the contrary push that guy back and force to resign. QC department is under tremendous pressure but no one has the courage to go to Human Resources. Also, interfere with other departments' activity."
