"I've worked for Tribune Direct since since October, 2006 until being recently laid off when my position was dropped. Development at Tribune Direct required being able to learn new skills quickly, which was interesting. The department also supplied end-user support and production through our developed systems. My only complaint would be that the time requirements of all 3 areas were not balanced against each other and no formal training was supplied, leading to long hours."
