"I worked for Trend Micro from December 2019 to June 2020. Unfortunately due to COVID related changes I was unable to work there anymore. While working there I provided administrative support to all IT related departments and was able to briefly learn more about computer software."
"I worked at Trend Micro from a December 2019-June 2020. While I worked there I was in charge of assisting company executives with setting up meetings, travel arrangements, expense reports, setting up children related company events. I truly enjoy helping and serving others."
"Great company to work for as long as you have a good, competent manager."
"I would like to recommend to work for this company."
"I've worked for TrendMicro since 2017, open cultural company that encourages innovation and business vision."
"I worked here for two years in a RAM sales role. When I was recruited they promised 30 current customers and 300-ish prospect accounts, but when I started they gave me 12 customers and 180 prospects... strike one. They actually gave the other 18 customers to another rep, so I should have probably went the other way, but I was determined to make it work. Long story short, it didn't work very well. Management is disorganized at best, incompetent at worst. I've had 5 managers in two years, 3 channel reps, dozens of engineers, and 0 support from my team."
"I've worked for Trend Micro for 8 years until recently here in 1/2015 I was fired for performance. I had great success and learning experiences throughout my tenure. Here recently there have been several upper management changes that really changed the morale of the sales floor it once was more like a family oriented place, now it's just cut-throat, no loyalty to long time employees. Also the quotas are unrealistic for certain verticals such as Public Sector, Health Care, K-12 and etc. I felt that I was set-up to fail there last year I was given a territory in a vertical that never existed and only had 4 states and couldn't reach my targeted goal and not for lack of effort and dedication. The vertical wasn't set up originally for us to hit our goal and they knew it. Told us all in Nov and Dec of 2014 we would be okay and they would realign territories and quotas for 2015. Instead no warning, no prior Plan of Actions, no verbal warning, just the ax, sorry but we're firing you after 8 yrs. of service and never a plan of action or even verbal write up, with no severance package. Again I will not speak negative of this company. The solutions are great, the sales people there are great, just the new management in place has their heads up their asses and don't value great, loyal employees who spend tons of time away from their families, underpaid, stressed, misguided, and mistreated by management. Thanks Trend Micro!!"
"It is a very good place to work; you are given bonuses based on your performance."
"Company is going thru a lot of changes within their environment."
"Complete ownership of approximately 30 clients in the Northeast region from a technical and customer service perspective."
"Good work/life balance. Co-workers are nice and willing to help each other. Good technology."
"I worked as a global solutions architect. Company does not use resources to their ability."
"The company offers opportunity to work well. Consideration is at best. All employees are very thoughtful and divesified."
"I've worked for Trend Micro for 4 years.Overall the work environment is good. Since the company had lots of structural changes, there are a lot of political moves and power games. While the big people are fighting to have more power, many of good workers have been let go."
"Change, change, change. Be ready for change at every turn, or every sales half. If Trend Micro could decide on their sales model and commit to it for more than six months, they may achieve their sales goals."
