There's little to no potential for growth within the company and it won't spend money on employee education unless a government contract requires it."

What do you like about working at TRAX International?

"I thoroughly enjoyed the testing atmosphere and the items we tested. I wish I hadn't gotten a DUI and was still working there. The people and work there are definitely one of a kind."

"Come prepared to answer some unique questions and take a couple of tests."

What don't you like about working at TRAX International?

"I don't like how impersonal the company feels when it comes to the employees and upper management. There was a serious change in management though that was probably the cause for that though."

"Work on being a little more involved with your employees. It's one thing to say you care and an entirely different thing to mean it."

"Politics are sometimes difficult to manage and the fine-lines get blurred with this company"

"I would suggest they use better pay incentives, avoid personal gains, and stick to the mission"

"We make a direct impact on supporting and saving the lives of the war fighter and being able to contribute to the success of the products that were instrumental in this effort."

"The choice of a career should be based on the area of work you are the most passionate about. Choose what you love to do and you will love going to work everyday."

What don't you like about working at TRAX International?

"I love learning and working in new areas of technology, and I would prefer to work in a design and manufacturing environment. Unfortunately, we do not manufacture or develop products in test engineering. I would prefer to return to design and manufacturing where I have had greater job satisfaction."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They are in the process of restructuring management because of the changes in the defense budget. A focus on developing communications would allow them to successfully transition their restructuring and emerge with full access to power in their new organization."

"Negative environment, Micro-management, Management personal won't listen, didn't feel appreciated, Cliques, Management have favorites, Overworked. No room for advancement."
