"Highly nepotistic - the upper management was primarily composed of relations of the owners or people who had been there a long time.Little to no career prospects.Underpaid by quite a bit - most of the non-sales employees cannot live on what they make.No ability to express concerns to management.Extremely low employee retention rate.Productivity enforced with fear and bullying."

"Value your employees and make sure the jobs you hire them for are of value for them."
