"Upper management did not have a viable strategic goal for the company and imagined that we added significantly more value to the payments process than we really added."

"Return to the basics- FX, with a small team devoted to check to ACH conversion for very large companies."

"I would only consider this position as a last option-- Do not give up your current job unless you have no choice."

What don't you like about working at Travelex?

"Management was deceptive in hiring people -- I was given limited support. most of the National account reps were hired and fired within the first 6 to 7 months-- I was mislead thinking that this was a solid company to work for.."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they be up front with people before they hire them. They should only look for people that have experience in FX."
