"Some of the business practices, I do not agree with. If a customer is not happy, the first thing they take off the bill is my labor and then I do not get paid for the job I did even if it has nothing to do with there satisfaction on the work I did, it usually has to do with they do not like how high there bill is."

"I would suggest to corporate to find a more speedy and functional way to pull trucks in to get them serviced, as opposed to them having to sit in the bay for an hour or more before the company authorizes the work."

"I enjoy working on my own personal side projects and the freedom I have to diagnose problems my own way."

"It's a job where you collect a pay check. It's very hard to get fired. You don't need that much knowledge to work there."

"The policy and procedures are very loose if there are any at all. I often ask myself what I am really suppose to be doing. Everytime I try to go the extra mile I either get shut down or my project gets pushed aside."

"I would not only fix the problems that occur at my work, but also fix what caused the problem in the first place to prevent it from occuring again."

"The hours were very crazy and you did not always have ur next schedule so you could not make any plans."

"Nothing to say at this point, since I no longer work there, when I did it was a franchise and it was the best job I've ever had, then when corporate took over position was no longer available."
"When I first started, the company atmosphere was amazing. You were given all of the tools to do your job effectively, and because we had proprietary software, we had to test code, which was fun. The help desk is moving towards script. They are taking the thinking element away from the position. I like to be challenged."
