"Be aware that this is a small company supporting a large client. That means no leverage when they push you to work nights or weekends and so that can happen fairly frequently. Good people make it bearable those times."

"If something went wrong, fingers were pointed and my team faced some harsh retribution from senior management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Cultivate the skills of the employees. Allow them to grow and learn. Support training opportunities for non-tech staff - like analysis and project mgmt."
