"The guys I worked with, the satisfaction of getting the job done, working with others across the whole 48 states."

"Be honest and straight forward. They will treat you fairly."
What don't you like about working at FedEx?
"The only 2 things I did not like was the location and hours. Harrison is a nice town, but not for me. Working nights and weekends is draining on a person."

"None. They did a great job. No complaints at all."

"There's always something to do, and your unit is something like a family."

"Always ask questions, always clarify what you have just been told, make sure you acquire as much information as you can within the time given, and always try to move forward."

"There's always someone telling you your work is not good enough, there's always someone trying to hold your hand and walk you through everything, and the rank structure in the army is terrible."

"Have set in stone work hours and we wouldn't work on the weekends."

"Micromanagement, focus more on making more money than taking care of our customer, the software system we use is horrid, communication is 0"

"pay your employees what they are worth. quit trying to make the most money we can out the freight, instead focusing on service and reliability"

"Did not like much. A corrupt handful of executive managers can ruin things for everyone."
