"I started at the ground level with Transcom as a tech support agent for Comcast. I moved from there to support internet only. I was promoted to an SME, then to a team lead, then OPS manager. Great company to work for, and it provided much professional experience."

"They let their employees get away with too many absences, it's not responsible and leaves more customers on hold longer."

"Management would gossip too much with eachother and with some of the employees"

"It was an old building with very small offices and we usually had 2-3 people crammed into a room."
