"Not exactly intellectually stimulating most of the time. Not much of a career trajectory available. Most employees were contract workers with no prospect of becoming permanent employees."

"Be more open to hiring people directly through a contract-to-hire system. This would eliminate the HUGE percentage the contract agencies take."
