"Started in a position new to company and company was slow to change to emerging trends in healthcare, government, and higher education."

"I would have them clearly state if position is new to organization and if they are committed to position."

"In the position I was in, it was new to Trane and I'm not sure if they rolled it out properly to the other business units."

"I would challenge our managers to deepen relationships with existing customers."

"The coworkers are helpful and fun to be around. There aren't really any screaming bosses."

"Trane is a decent organization to work for. Be sure to get the salary you're looking for because yearly increases are usually less than the rise of inflation and the primary way of working up the ladder is applying for different positions within the organization."

"The pile of work doesn't seem to go down. Projects get finished but requests and expectationand reasonable for an understaffed department."

"Spend more time empowering employees to fulfill their potential rather than micromanage every decision."
