"Be open and willing to adapt to an environment that may be very different from what you were used to in past work experiences."
What don't you like about working at Intel?
"Ranking and Rating: During the year, you were supposed to be the supreme team player, but at annual RnR, you had to prove what you alone had done for the company. Difficult to claim credit when it had always been shared as a team!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be flexible as you can with employees. Most of us were willing to work very hard and put in long hours, but sometimes needed flexibility, like working remotely, or taking a day off after working all weekend."

"Sometimes there is too much change and too fast of a pace. They do not give on direction a chance to work before changing to another."

"Slow down and look at the big picture."

"Verify travel percentage and internal training policy. The company is currently reducing it's workforce."
What don't you like about working at Open Solutions?
"Traveling more than 80% and below average internal training."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work on improving internal training. Need more than just web training. A new trainer needs to see the presentation of the class as well as learning the content. And try to keep travel below 80% so trainers can balance a personal life with work."

"I formed many lasting relationships with my clients and vendors. These were the people that made working at Maryville a rewarding and fulfilling experience."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"IT Consulting and Hardware Sales are the two primary areas of focus within Maryville technologies. Anyone who is interviewing for a job in the training department will need to understand that the company views this as only an extension of these other two ares of focus. Thus, Education will not always be a primary focus."
What don't you like about working at Maryville Data Systems?
"Unfortunately there was no opportunity for professional growth with my department."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I felt that management didn't always fully take advantage of what the education and training department could offer to our clients. IT consulting projects were center stage and training/assessments were more of an afterthought. I truly believe that if management had endorsed the value of training and assessments to our clients, the department might still be alive and well today."

"Excellent benefits, great coworkers and work environment with a flexible work schedule."

"Not sure, just be able to deliver what your resume offers, be punctual and consistent and always looking for opportunities to excel."

"I commute 120 miles a day. I would prefer to have more work with Flash and Photoshope but currently that time is minimal."
