"Take a little time to be more understanding of your employees and have their best interest at heart, keep them informed."

"A sense of purpose and the federal benefits, and most importantly, the job security."

"Be careful in what division of the department you choose as well as the job field you select. Some are better than others as far as moving from pay grade to pay grade."

"There are to many Indian chiefs trying to control the Indians and it appears many of the chiefs actually lack any real experience on what they oversee."

"Would be more innovative by taking on suggestions and recommendations that are sometimes outside the box and tend to gravitate towards being forward thinking."

"The only complaint I have about Panera Bread is the rigidity of the order of operations for its franchise groups."

"Run like a prison, no training in place for management or employees. No clear cut goals to strive for."
