"When the mortgage industry dropped, I found a job in insurance. The insurance industry was not as affected as the mortgage industry."

"Have a perfect credit record and no past felonies and your in."

What don't you like about working at Farmers?

"The screening process is very difficult to get through. Many people have credit issues because of the economy and Farmers is not taking this into consideration."
