"I worked as a development intern for two consecutive summers while in school. I had a very positive experience. The projects they gave me to work on were just outside of my (then) skill set, but still attainable to a degree that I could learn a lot and get good work done. My mentors were knowledgeable and willing to help when I got stuck. We (the interns) also had regular sessions where someone from the company would come and teach us about different aspects of the company, its products, and bond trading in general. I learned a lot and had a great time."
