"It was great working in sub departments within the department. It felt like you specialized in something, and you could always get a hold of someone that knew more about another subject than you did. Plus it gave you many opportunities to learn from others on your team!"

"I did not like how the management was only in management due their length of employment there, rather than their qualifications."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep things going how they are, but learn about the departments that you are over and make sure that when an employee has questions for you that you know the answers or know where to get the answers."
