Submit a Review"The working environment there is awesome, trading floor is nice and quiet, also with the broadcast with the latest news. Dress code is casual. The only thing is long time sitting since traders need to concentrate on screen, it requires long time sitting."

"Expand their proprietary positions beyond basic day-trading to longer term and long term strategies. Develop a hedge desk. Bring Futures and commodoties markets on board."

"No real piece of advice, good firm, top one in its industry, but industry as a whole probably not the best bet for the next few decades."
