"its all fake here . HR makes high promises that are downplayed by management depending on the situation.They play with words to save pennies. They don't put you on project until you agree to their faking strategies. They have very few projects that they lie about when they are pulling you onboard and then nothing comes up for long time. All in all, its a buggy place. They are not serious about their business and don't have any policies or processes in place. It was a shear waste of time to be with them."

"At least value honest efforts from your employees if you want to grow."
