"Toyota of Bellevue is a fun, fast-paced environment with unlimited potential. They heavily staff their sales team so it is difficult to succeed in such a large group with a finite customer base. There is an "Up" system that keeps the opportunity distribution fair, but it is not always honored. There is great potential there, but it is a difficult place to get your start in sales."

"For QA in particular, Learn how to manage and how to promote healthy interaction. Value your employees and contractors equally. Be more forthcoming as per the department's situation. Understand process improvement."
