"If you need experience; this is the place. However, do not stay any longer than 1 1/2 yrs, you really needs to move on.*this is an honest review w/o any animosity."

What don't you like about working at Town Sports Int'l Holdings?

"not paying attention to the CORE business; customer service, members, facility, etc. Company is not thinking long term but only quick sales that only produce short-run growth, and the damage was already done a few years ago, which is a reflection on the stock prices today."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"bring in mgmt team who honestly care about the business, internal / external customers. Needs to improve on leaderships across the board.."
