"I've worked at Town Pizza for 3 years. The owner has owned the business for 17 years and has used it to support his family of 4 as well as donate to his church. The employees treat you like family, helping you when and how you need it. The pay is better than the franchise style businesses in the area and the people are much more real. The work isn't difficult but if you don't stay aggressive or if you aren't always on your toes it can sneak up on you."
