What don't you like about working at Tower Group Companies?
"This is a totally unprofessional company. There are a lot of illegal things going on there. Most of the policies exclude 90% of the coverage. No one knows what is going on. There is a click in Management made up of friends of the founder and CEO who have no clue about insurance or anything, uneducated and unprofessional. For example, his babysitter, girlfriend, family etc. They hate anyone who comes in that has knowledge of insurance and torture them. They never let anyone in the inner circle.This place is a farce, and you only take a job there is you are desperate, besides they offer no pension and have absolutely no guidelines. They also discriminate against age, and have a VP of Operations who sexually harrasses the employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire them all along with the CEO. They are horrendous."

"Why would anyone want to insure with this company since everything is excluded The brokers do not care about the small businesses that they place with the company. Why would anyone want to take inflation guard on an actual cash value policy.Their D & Os are issued as non-profit when in fact they have no non-profit companies"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of the whole property underwriting team and get people who understand insurance and filings."
