"My job was on the Project and not on the main refinery. In the company, the main encounter was with a few of the company colleagues. Most dealing was with the Contractors working for the company requirements. Though with limited scale with the Company main departments, but overall impression was good and quite cooperative."

"The advancement opportunities. The local ( TOTAL OIL TURKIYE ) selection process needs to be revized."

"The selection process and criteria must be revised (not globally but locally)."
What do you like about working at Total?
"The team work to solve problems in the plant. If I need any mechanical help, some one was there, etc. We were like a family and work together to reach the Annual Goals and make money for the company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared for Technical questions of your job. Be neat and ask questions until you understand your new position. Ask them to give you a Trip to the company facilities, so you see how it looks in the real life."
What don't you like about working at Total?
"Sometimes, promotions were too slow. They bring people or friends to fill the Management Positions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more open, and explain the future of your career in the company. Do not wait for the Annual Performance Review to tell the people what needs to be improved."
