"Well being a male working in the beauty industry was difficult to adjust to. But I modified my style to the branding of the company and worked well with the Art Director to meet the goals of whatever it was I was working on."

"Don't hire too many people only to have your company bomb in the 4th quarter and you have to get rid of nearly half of them."
