What don't you like about working at Toshiba?

"I don't like the fact that upper management is constantly making short term channges to assignments without planning for strategic growth . Some of the team is so busy with tactical daily issues that they get overwhelmed and don't focus on the bigger picture. We don't use as much technology as you think we would being a leading in technology innovation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Strategic planning, better communication from top to bottom, long term business planning for all employess, morale focus"
