"Tons of Toys is a small "mom-and-pop" style store located in several towns across New Jersey. While their business is strong amongst the four locations, there is no plan to modernize or upgrade or even periodically retrain employees and I do not think they know what they are missing out on, so I'm opening myself to new opportunities."
