"overall a great company, they are remote its easier on you"
"It was such an honor to work for a brand that prioritizes social missions as the core of their brand. However, financial pressures after Bain Capital bought them have become overwhelming. There is conflict and a lack of clarity about how best to proceed in a way that honors the brand values and also prioritizes the financial struggles. I wish them the very best."
"great value system; broken leadership team that is out of touch with the people doing the work on the ground."
"Great environment but difficult getting full-time work with reasonable pay."
