"Tompkins International has been a wonderful place to start my career. There exists substantial opportunity to grow as an individual and learn what makes the global industry tick, in a variety of markets. I have also been awarded significant responsibility and job freedom by my supervisors, which I thank them dearly for, as this has made my work-life balance something to cherish. Unfortunately, some key decisions were undertaken by senior management roughly 2 years ago that was not well-thought-out. In attempting to create a very ambitious and innovative startup subsidiary, the company has become overextended. This burden is now being placed on the employees of other divisions to carry and there is no clear path towards resolution."
