"I was here over 2 years and this was by far my least enjoyable job in my life. The management, mainly the CFO and COO have no place working in their roles. Whats amazing is that this is suppose to be a coaching company.The turnover is the highest I have ever seen at any company and it is due to the lack of concern at the top and explained away as no big deal. When I was there, two departments had their entire staffs quit . They hire and lose leaders almost monthly. Buyer beware!"

"As with most jobs there are positive and negatives. It is a company that does life coaching for Real Estate agents so it is a very inspirational atmosphere. It is how ever a larger company that still thinks of itself as a small start up. Salaries are less than average for the work involved."
