"I've worked for Tolin Mechanical Systems for almost 3 years. I've experienced everything from inappropriate, borderline sexual harassment from the Vice President, inappropriate language from management, and covering for manager & VP while they go on afternoon drinking binges. Management does not like working or talking with customers. The technicians are the great to work with and are very respectful. Management could learn a lot from them."
