"Make sure you have the best desired pay at the start. Once you are in, do not expect anything more than a 3-5 % raise annually - if given. This year, they avoided that too to maintain the Management bonus level."

What don't you like about working at TNT International Express?

"The policy of cutting on employee costs with the aim to increase the Managers' bonuses."
