"Upper management needs people skills, yes thiis is a job and the relationship between the two are not there. TNT needs to bring more people up from within"

"Make sure you have the best desired pay at the start. Once you are in, do not expect anything more than a 3-5 % raise annually - if given. This year, they avoided that too to maintain the Management bonus level."

"The policy of cutting on employee costs with the aim to increase the Managers' bonuses."
