"I've worked for T-L for over 3 years. As far as a product, there is none better than the one they produce. The core of the product is the best in the industry, however, the management of the company isn't always willing to push forward on the latest technology. Also, management doesn't seem to want to invest in the large scale growth of the company. They seem content growing at a slow rate and not competing heavily with the big players in the market. Overall, it's a fair company that has some good family values, but needs to expand and try to grow rather than stay stagnant like they seem to be doing now."
