"Good place to work, no room for advancement."
"I started with Titan Tire in 2008, it's a union shop that pays very well. There is over 450 employees in my plant alone. There is Titan Tire plants all over the world. Unfortunately being a union shop it limits your opportunities to be an individual. The only good part of this company is the pay overall they make you feel like a robot and not a person."
