"I have worked for Tim Horton's for five years. I enjoy the people that I work with, but the training I received, and see other new employees get is very poor. The turn over rate is my store is high, most likely due to poor training. They expect a lot out of supervisors without a lot of pay increase. The work is not difficult, but it could be made easier by the company."
"I worked at Tim Horton's from the minute I was able to legally work and worked my way up to supervisor throughout my time working there. It was a great experience that taught me a lot about the workplace environment and how to deal with all types of individuals."
"Low wages and no benefits for your hard work and effort. Poor management has no respect for employees and treats them like slaves. No chance for promotion; every day is the same old. There's nothing new after working for a year."
"I've worked for Tim Horton's for over 6 years and as a corporation I don't have a lot of respect for them, their product is of poor quality and the treatment of their employees and branches is poor. My particular branch is a different story, the store owner and all the managers have treated me very well over the years as they and many other employees at my location I can call friends."
"Great company to work with. One of Canada's best employers - if circumstances work out I would certainly go back. Industry was also interesting."
"I'm working in Tim Horton's. It's is a huge food/coffee chain across Canada. Working environment is really fast due to drive-thru times so it keeps you active and moreover it helps to communicate with different customers and helps to improve communicational skills."
"The review is very well designed"
