"I have been working at TicketCity full-time for over a year and a half. I've never worked at a company with a better work environment. Everyone truly wants the company to succeed and works very hard to make this happen. I really appreciate how friendly and helpful each team member has been to me personally, but I always see people going out of their way to support and encourage fellow employees. The leadership team is extremely open to new ideas which makes even new employees feel valued. The management team is continually working to enhance our benefits package - from upgrading our dental coverage to updating our retirement plan. We also have some amazing perks like free snacks, an arcade game onsite, an employee lounge, lots of TVs in the office, happy hours, catered lunches, pool parties at the boss's house, chair massages, you name it! They never stop trying to surprise us with fun activities."
