"Quite possibly the most unhealthy work environment I've ever been a part of. Upper management exploits you and takes advantage if they see you work hard- giving you the work they themselves don't know how to do (though they'd never confess that to their superiors). There is no HR so favoritism goes unchecked and you are consistently thrown under the bus or used as a scapegoat. Upper management uses fear and idol threats to fuel poor work performance. I've never put forth so much energy at a place for such little pay and received this much mental/emotional abuse. Upper management isolates you so you aren't able to talk to anyone about your concerns or any negative interactions you've had since there is no HR."
