"Keep in mind that the elevator industry is not a normal industry. It is steep in connections and very technical in nature. There is more to elevators than pushing buttons."

"Corp needs a better relationship with Plant employees and share more of the company profit and loss statement with the help in order to improve profit margin and to help save on labor cost"

"Have Plant Managers trained on what a P and L statement is and teach them what they can do to improve. etc Labor cost ,supplies they should know at the end of the week if they made money"

"The territory I worked was a training territory but I was not told this when I accepted the position. If they ask you to move, it is not a question, and if you refuse you are let go."
