"To develop policies that do not change so frequently. Improve team atmosphere among all departments and employees. Push to improve our internet based systems for better efficiency. Push to interface our systems to stop redundant inputs."

"I didn't like the immaturity of management. Managers undercutting eachother and stabbing eachother in the back; Micromanagers; HawaiI branch in known for high turnover and constructive discharge."

"Provide more technical training; On site management needs to display integrity and maturity."

"This would be my second elevator company to work for and I find the industry to be very mature and slow to change."

"Let start by stating that some of the management does not speak English, those who do will lie to you without remorse. They have no concern for human safety or employee well-being. Work hours are terrible, compensation is pitiful. This company needs a labor union to protect their employees."
