What do you like about working at Three Square?

"Since we were so new, I was able to create a position that focused on the areas of marketing that I enjoyed most. I was able to focus on the company website, our eblasts and all collateral materials that involved our brand."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You must have a passion for the work of our organisation. The compensation at a non-profit will not match the same position in a for-profit company, so you must truly believe in our mission."

What don't you like about working at Three Square?

"That due to recent transitions there may not be any room for growth in the marketing department."

"I enjoy an open door policy with my managers, it is important to me to have a close working relationship with my direct supervisor."
