"This job is good if you really want to get into agriculture. Otherwise, the way that they run things is not in your best interest, or good for your physical health. I was one of the more harder workers there and had a good reputation there, but when I started having sciatic nerve pain I was all of a sudden considered the worst employee there by my superiors. They will force you to work (cut down trees and put them into chipper) in the freezing rain."
