The View At Old City Employee

"Management that would not know class or morals or values from a hole in the wall and the only way they will keep you is if you are so far up as in being sneaky right a long with them, they don't care about residents and will lie and hide things from residents, surely lie to prospects to get units leased. If they put the same energy into actually caring about the residents and their employees as they do taking smoke and vape breaks then they would be doing something, but for a manager to feel comfortable vaping in her office in front of the leasing agents but yet they enforce rules on residents not to smoke in the building but her vaping is ok because she was vaping one day in her office and called me and the other agent to her office and I even asked her about the flavor of her vape just to see if she would stop but she told me it did not have a flavor and kept on vaping and all I could think is wow how is she comfortable doing this but that is because she obviously had been doing it in her office all along. I am glad to be gone from there because I felt horrible having to lease units that are less than luxury, I had three leaks in my ceiling while living there, I witnessed the other leasing consultant make liquor frozen drinks the day after an event they had and after the regional director left to go back home, since when did drinking on the job while on the clock when it was not a event that day become a thing. Went in alcohol that was not suppose to be open and offered me one and I said no, she made at least 6 drinks put them in the freezer and drink one on the job but those are the kinds of employees they like to keep, I was there a year and 4 months and never got a raise and when asked about it several times I was told I ruffled some feathers when I had every right to ask. But again all management and regional seemed to care about is who could take the most smoke breaks. They are very bias against employees and residents. The manager stayed whisper"
