"You must love working with students. Pay and benefits can not be the reason for working here. The only other advantage is that 6 hours of classes per term are free except for fees and books."

"The commute is way too long. I do not get to take advantage of the lenient work hours because of the distance. There is little to no room for advancement or increase in salary."

"I would be more accessible to the campus workers and a little more involved in the local community."

"I like the fact that it is close to home. I like the structure. The staff are awesome. Faculty are polished and professional."

"Not a lot of opportunity to advance. No additional pay with work required. It is a state university and pay raises are few and far between no matter what additional duities you are given."

"There really isn't must they can do about the pay since it hinges on state revenues. I think overall they are doing the best they can."
