"Unless you're a newbie or have been out of the workforce for awhile and need to work your way back in, find another consulting/placement firm."
What don't you like about working at The Training Associates?
"The are a more difficult training placement firm--not as interested in my comfort and need to fully prepare for training. And they pay well below the average of other contract houses--no excuse for that given the number of clients they supposed have."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep in mind that your contract trainers are your clients as well, just like the companies who hire you to find us. Pay us and treat us accordingly."
