"I worked for The SI Org for 3+ years and for Lockheed Martin (before the sale) for over 6 years. The company was a division in LMC and was sold due to political issues that were hampering the growth of the business. The new company was pretty healthy, but undergoing some growth pains and struggling with identity. I am confident they will work it out. Of note the company was bought by a Fund and there is the possibility of changes in the near future due to spinning the company off or a sale. 2014"

"I have only worked with THE SI ORG for about 5 months. While there company and overall atmosphere is nice, the folks who are heading up the CIO part are shady and dishonest. I was let go this Friday without prior notice on a 6 month contract to perm. Nobody talked to me. They just said they are doing budget cuts and I along with other folks were part of the cut. I have a 2nd kid on the way and they didn't give me 2 weeks to line something up."

"I don't like how we always get blame for things that are so small and looked down on by everyone."

"I would try to get concerna/opinions of employees and try to do something about it."
