The L.A.M.B. Company Employee

"I worked for the Lamb Company for 1.5 yrs in an executive management roll. I found the company to have very little strategic vision and a haphazard approach to day to day operations. There is very little acceptance to long term strategy."

Appliance Service Technician

"It was a good job to learn from. It influenced hard work and dedication. I do not feel they were exactly honest with their workers or their employees however. I do not feel that they were giving honest pay for an honest day's work. And they liked to double charge customers for repairs that didn't need to be charged for. Great learning experience, horrible employer experience. The company also had extremely bad customer service. The boss also liked to tell you how to work on new machines and didn't have any experience himself other than a business degree."
