"I've worked for The Irvine Company for over 9 years. It is a great place to work. Their strong focus is on your development and you will learn more in one year than most places in 5 years. Management is supportive and transparent, opportunities are there if you put in the work, and the work environment is enjoyable. Although I enjoyed working for this company, I wish their focus would shift more towards work/life balance."
